Is there parking?

We provide up to three hours of validated self-parking underneath the Crescent.

Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets for Psychedelic Robot 2019 are available on our website through our ticket portal.

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Are transfers or refunds available?

Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the limited nature of this experience we have a maximum amount of guests we will allow into each time slot.

Is PR ADA friendly?

Yes, we welcome everyone. If you need to arrange any special accommodations please email [email protected] and we will be happy to help you.

Is the show appropriate for all ages?

Kids and adults alike can enjoy Psychedelic Robot.

Can I bring food or drinks?

No outside food and drinks are permitted but we will have food and drinks onsite.

Are there restrooms?

Yes, we have restrooms available.

Are there any rules about taking photos?

We welcome all photos and videos - feel free to tag us @PsychedelicRobot or with #PsychedelicRobot.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You can present your ticket directly from your phone, or in printed format.

What time should I check in?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your time slot. Your ticket will no longer be valid 30 minutes after your chosen time slot.

How does my time slot work?

You will have full access to the artists’ worlds during your time slot – feel free to explore the spaces on your own.
