This is very difficult for us to write as our opening weekend was such an incredible success with amazing reviews. In this ever-changing world of confusion and crisis, there is comfort in knowing that the human spirit of creativity and beauty lives on. At Psychedelic Robot, nothing is more important to us than the people we serve in our community. We have been following the CDC guidelines and we will be temporarily closing our doors to the public until further notice. We are monitoring the situation closely and hope to open again very soon. We believe in sharing the artistic inspiration and joy that helps guide us through the challenges we face. When we do reopen, we will welcome you, your family and your friends back to a pristine environment that offers an amazing immersive art experience. The world around us will continue to turn…and we will continue to fill our hearts and souls with what inspires us.
REFUND OPTIONS
While we are very sensitive to the fact that this is very inconvenient to us all we must be vigilant and mindful of those around us. If you had previously purchased tickets between 3/19 – 4-25 we would like to offer a couple of options going forward to you:
Option 1: For every ticket that you have purchased we will include a complimentary ticket to be used on a date and time of your choice upon reopening.
Option 2: If you are unable to attend at a later time, we will facilitate a full refund to your credit card immediately for the full amount of your purchase.
Please email us at experience@psychedelicrobot.com for more information and to let us know which option you will be taking as soon as you are able. Our artists and curators have worked tirelessly for several months and we will reopen as soon as we are allowed. You will be notified promptly once we reopen and will be able to choose your new dates at this time. Thank you for your patronage and support it is sincerely meaningful to us and all of the creatives involved.
